March 25' Kylie Maxfield: Fragility

Photographer and Cal Poly Humboldt Alumna Kylie Maxfield presents a collection of work exploring the fragile nature of intimacy and identity.

“There is a deep consideration for closeness as I position my camera in ways that make myself and my subjects feel vulnerable. Dancing a silent tango, we become familiar. My camera acts as a veil and allows a natural affinity to form with the subject.”
